想问下t_user_setting表的key值是怎么个拼接规则？ 感觉第一位像是代表私聊和群聊？ 最后一串看着像会话id？ 第二位的0又代表什么？

    key 根据 scope 的不一样，而不一样。

    针对 scope = 7时，key = 会话type-会话line-会话target
